Li-ion 18650 Charger Utilize Duty Time to enableThis battery charger will recharge up to 4 Li ion 18650 Cells at once, and comes with cabling for both AC and Automobile Auxiliary power. The LCD Display will indicate when each cell is fully charged what the full charge voltage is. Over time as 18650 cells begin to degrade, you can periodically perform a full discharge and recharge and get a max charge voltage. This can indicate where the cell resides in its lifecycle.
